The trade union FH has a whistleblower scheme in place to allow anonymous reporting of inappropriate behaviour, following a complaint about the conduct of the union’s leader, Lizette Risgaard. A woman contacted FH’s deputy chairman in 2021 after a meeting where she witnessed Risgaard’s behaviour towards a young man, which she considered inappropriate. Risgaard has taken leave of absence following allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards young men. Several FH unions have withdrawn their support for Risgaard as a result. The union’s executive held an urgent meeting on Saturday to discuss Risgaard’s future.
