The resignation of Lizette Risgaard as the head of Fagbevægelsen Hovedorganisation (FH) has left the organization in a difficult situation as they wait for the results of an investigation into her alleged misconduct. The delay in choosing a new leader and the internal disagreement among FH’s member organizations have weakened the group’s ability to exert political influence. Furthermore, the uncertainty comes at a bad time as FH faces important issues such as wage and pension negotiations. The organization’s future is further complicated by the lack of an obvious successor to Risgaard.
